Introduction of District ICT Suite:
District ICT Suite is an initiative of National Informatics Centre, Bihar to provide an integrated Dashboard / MIS Reports of important software applications. It is a tool for District Administration for Ease of Review & Monitoring of works in a convenient and transparent manner. It is an integrated interface for Government to Citizen (G2C) online services for Ease of Living of Citizen.
Purpose:
The purpose of this document is to provide step by step instructions on how to utilize the District ICT Suite effectively.
- 1). To fulfill the requirement of District Magistrates to review & monitor all software applications running at District, Subdivision and Block / Circle levels for Ease of Governance (EOG).
- 2). To have a single window integrated Dashboard and MIS Reports of all running software applications for their review & monitoring by District Magistrates.
- 3). Supervision and review & monitoring of work progress of District, Subdivision and Block / Circle level officials.
- 4). To ensure all citizen centric software applications and G2C services to be used by Citizen through a single window for Ease of Living (EoL).
- 5). A convenient and transparent work flow online system for e-Governance.
